Remember when you used to jump out of bed feeling full of energy and looking forward to the day ahead of you? Maybe it’s been a while since you felt like that. With so much going on at work, at home and in life, it’s easy to start feeling tired, run down and flat. Are you just getting older? Is it all down to ageing? Well, I’m calling BS on that kind of talk!

I’m on a mission to reinvigorate women and their health and to show them how to make powerful food and lifestyle choices to support vitality at any age.

Join my team and I for our upcoming retreat and nourish your mind, body, and soul as you learn powerful ways to  using food as medicine. Reinvigorate your mind with our meditation, mind power, yoga and breathwork sessions designed to have your mind working as your partner in attaining successful health and well-being. Feed and nourish your soul through connection with like-minded beautiful women in powerful ceremonies and rituals and leave feeling revitalised and empowered to feel your best.

What's Included

About the Location

Situated just a short distance from Maleny or Montville in beautiful Mapleton, Queensland. Woody Grove Retreat is nestled amongst 21 lush acres, with abundant bird life and stunning coastal views. We will enjoy three days in this beautiful, enormous, luxury forest retreat with beautiful bedrooms all with their own ensuites.

Breathwork, Meditation, Yoga, Rituals and Ceremonies with Beatrix Davila

Beatrix is a space holder, yoga and breath coach, light worker, cacao ceremonialist, moon ritualist, and breast implant illness advocate. Beatrix helps women to prioritise their self-care and physical and emotional wellbeing by choosing practices that nourish their body, mind and soul, so that they can live more peaceful, balanced and meaningful lives.

During this 3-day immersion you will nurture your senses, rewild your soul and reconnect with your inner wisdom, through nature and movement, breathwork, yoga and meditation, nature bathing, ceremony, blissful food and a community of likeminded fully awakened women.

Blissful Food

Enjoy delicious, healthy, nourishing, fresh, organic (wherever possible), seasonal food sourced from the local area and organic farms by our chef for the weekend, Lisa Staab. Lisa is a chef turned Wellness and Meditation Mindfulness Coach and has had her own restaurant in the past (‘A Fig in the Sun’) in Nambour.

As a chef she knows how to make things tasty and as a wellness coach she knows what nourishes our bodies.  She is following her heart now and caters and provides beautiful food for retreats – when she is not running her coaching business that is! Our food will be gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, legume-free, but definitely not taste-free!

Mindful Art Journaling with Janine Delgos

Janine has over 30 years’ experience as an artist and art teacher across the Sunshine Coast area and uses a multitude of techniques, materials, mediums, and skills that provide inspiring and creative approaches to art.

In this workshop Janine will bring a journal for everyone and show you how to turn a workbook into an expression of YOU! A special journal where you can plan and express your hopes, dreams, learnings, and musings. Janine will guide you through creative, easy ways to use design elements using a variety of exciting techniques with watercolour pencils, paints, pencil, and dry pastels. No art experience needed! Janine will guide you every step of the way and encourage you to let your inner artist shine. The workshop is fun, interactive, hands-on and the result will be a Mindful Journal that you can use for the weekend and the skills and confidence to take home to continue expressing your creative spirit.

Life-Path Bracelet making session with Sabine

Behind each name and each surname is a story and a meaning that must be found to better understand one’s life. When parents choose a name or surname for their children, they also determine the future, the roots, and the meaning of their offspring’s lives.

The stones of the path of our lives can help us to know how to overcome difficulties and how to move forward. The stones help us to see into our future and to remember what our roots are. Everyone has their own path of life that is unique to them.

Prior to the session we will send Sabine names and birthdate and using the ancient art of numerology, Sabine will put together a selection of 24 unique and beautiful stones that will combine to tell your unique story. She will include the meanings behind each stone selection and guide you in putting the stones together to create your unique Life-Path bracelet. You choose how to form your bracelet so that it reflects your personality and style.

Each stone has its own unique mineral content that works to channelize your energy levels focusing on healing and strengthening you in different ways. Once you have assembled your bracelet Bea will guide us through a clearing of any negative energy in the stones so that your Life-Path bracelet can work its magic for you as it is our gift to you to take home as a powerful memento of the weekend and all it embodies.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made a month prior to the start date will receive a full refund less $250.00 administration fee. Cancellations made within four weeks of the start date will receive a refund only if the space can be filled. If the weekend is cancelled due to Covid restrictions, then we will reschedule the weekend and monies paid will be held for the new weekend dates. (Please consider purchasing travel insurance to cover any unexpected cancellations.) The retreat host reserves the right to cancel the retreat for any reason and in that case all payments will be refunded in full.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. We can cater for food allergies provided we are notified at the time of booking to allow plenty of time to create substitute menu items.

Absolutely – provided you let us know at the time of booking we can arrange for that.

Everything is optional! The yoga is very gentle and restorative, so no prior experience is needed, and we include some valuable breathing exercises and lymphatic draining activities so encourage everyone to come along and see how they go. We will have spare mats for anyone who doesn’t have their own.

Unfortunately, prrior to 10am we will be still setting up and preparing for the retreat event, but the Hinterland is lovely to explore if you do get to the area earlier.

No! You can do as much or as little as you like! Everything is optional!

Yes. That is entirely up to each person although we can’t offer any discount if you leave early as we still have to pay for the accommodation. We would love you to stay for the closing ceremony if possible.

We can cater for vegetarians, but we do use eggs and ghee, so we are unable to cater for vegan diets for this weekend.
