Participate in creating an abundance mandala where we celebrate the nourishment we receive from the earth as we give back to Mother Nature as a ‘thank-you’ for all the food she gives to us.

Pre-weekend Challenge - Kick Sugar to Feel Great!

In this bonus pre-retreat session, you will learn about the poison in your pantry - sugar:

Nutrition session 1: Women's Healthy Hormones

Hormones can be a girl’s best friend or her worst enemy. Do you suffer from one or more of the below symptoms? Imagine being free from debilitating symptoms like:

* Please note that while we have a plan that we will do our very best to stick to, we may also have to flex and change plans to fit with our environment and our group dynamics. For instance, if it’s teeming with rain and throwing down giant hailstones, we won’t send you out to harvest macadamia nuts! For this reason, the plan is a there as a guide, but we will always brief you on any unexpected changes that may arise during the weekend to keep you informed. We appreciate your understanding up front if changes do become necessary.

Our Venue

Luxury Tides Estate - Byron Bay Hinterland

Our accommodation is in the magnificent 600 square metre luxury Tides Estate mansion in the middle of an expansive macadamia orchard in the lush Byron Bay Hinterland.

The majestic two-story mansion overlooks Lennox Head and East Ballina with magnificent expansive views across the surrounding countryside. Bedding configuration is in 8 bedrooms and features 6 luxurious bathrooms. The rooms typically consist of a king bed with 1 or 2 single beds or 2 single beds in the two smaller rooms.

The rooms and versatile common areas are exquisitely decorated in an alluring combination of Moroccan, Vietnamese, Javanese and Timorese styles. During our stay, we will have a state-of-the-art kitchen, in-floor heating, a free-standing pot-belly wood heater, an inbuilt sound system, an outdoor fire pit, expansive decks, a wet edge lap pool and not just one, but two, heated swimming pools! (Throw your swimmers in!) You’ll be living in the lap of luxury for your stay here with us!

Mouth Watering Meals

Our mouth-watering meals are prepared with love and care using local and organic produce. Our food philosophy is simple – nutritious meals, a healthy dose of raw food, loads of veggies and the freshest ingredients.

The focus is on flavour, nutrition, high-quality ingredients, and foods that are low GI load for long-lasting energy. Dishes are delightfully presented, delicious, and full of nutrients to sustain and energize you while also promoting a light cleanse.

Our menu has been expertly crafted to be gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free but definitely NOT taste-free!

* Most allergies can be catered for if notified at the time of booking. Two meals feature high-quality proteins – chicken and salmon, but vegetarian options can be ordered at the time you book.

Jayne provides nutritional services from her clinic in Brisbane’s bayside suburb of Thorneside and works online assisting her clients nationally.

Hi! I’m Fiona and I am fulfilling a lifelong dream of becoming a nutritionist. I’ve been a myriad of things in other jobs (that weren’t really me) – teacher, manager, chef, restaurateur, fitness instructor, Mind Power coach, event organiser and more recently – a retreat leader. Combining my love and passion for food and the yearning to nurture my own mind, body and soul has led me to this point in my life where I now love to share what I’ve learned and inspire and empower others to thrive and flourish.

Beatriz Davila

Beatriz Davila is a Yoga, Breath and Feminine Embodiment Coach, Reiki and Massage Therapist, Space holder, Light worker, Cacao Ceremonialist, Moon ritualist, Women’s Circle Facilitator and Breast Implant Illness advocate.

She is also the founder of RESPIRAH and The Fully Awakened Woman where she helps women to reconnect holistically with their feminine wisdom and align with the cycles of nature so that they can prioritize their physical and emotional wellbeing, create time and space for their daily self-care, and reconnect with who they truly are.

She lives in Brisbane with her husband where she owns a boutique Yoga studio and space for women’s wisdom, teaching Yoga, Breath Centering Meditation and Yoga Nidra. She facilitates workshops, women’s circles and retreats supporting women to come back home to themselves and live in loving alignment.

Denise is one of Australia's top-selling Thermomix consultants  (the world’s smallest smartest kitchen). Denise fell in love with this incredible cooking appliance and wanted everyone to experience the many health and cooking benefits that come with having one in the kitchen – space saving, timesaving, money saving, nutrient dense cooking, a huge variety of dishes that can be made quickly and easily, less dishes to wash etc.

Denise has gone on to create a beautiful Thermomix community online to support and inspire her customers and followers and we are thrilled to have her cooking our delicious breakfast bounties. Triple occupancy – $2196.70 per person.  The room configuration will be 1 king-sized bed and one or two single beds. (Please note that in some cases we can fit two singles beds in the room with the king-sized bed but if this option isn’t available, we will let you know and there may be the option to have 2 people share a king-size bed if this option means you can attend with 2 other good friends or family members.)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made a month prior to the start date will receive a full refund less $250.00 administration fee. Cancellations made within four weeks of the start date will receive a refund only if the space can be filled. If the weekend is cancelled due to Covid restrictions, then we will reschedule the weekend and monies paid will be held for the new weekend dates. (Please consider purchasing travel insurance to cover any unexpected cancellations.) The retreat host reserves the right to cancel the retreat for any reason and in that case all payments will be refunded in full.

Frequently asked questions:

Yes. We can cater for food allergies provided we are notified at the time of booking to allow plenty of time to create substitute menu items.

Absolutely – provided you let us know at the time of booking we can arrange for that.

Everything is optional! The yoga is very gentle and restorative, so no prior experience is needed, and we include some valuable breathing exercises and lymphatic draining activities so encourage everyone to come along and see how they go. We will have spare mats for anyone who doesn’t have their own.

We will provide a recipe book for everything we make and for our breakfasts, but the lunch and dinner recipes are the intellectual property of Burbury Wholefoods, so we are unable to provide those.

Unfortunately, we don’t have access to the property until after 3.00pm and we need time to unpack and get the dinner ready, but the Hinterland is lovely to drive around in if you do get to the area earlier.

No! You can do as much or as little as you like! Everything is optional!

Yes. That is entirely up to each person although we can’t offer any discount if you leave early as we still have to pay for the accommodation. We would love you to stay for the closing ceremony if possible.

We can cater for vegetarians, but we do use eggs and ghee, so we are unable to cater for vegan diets for this weekend.
